Accommodation - sample weekly prices

For SHORT TERM LETS
We quote rental prices as weekly figures including all utility bills and taxes. Prices are in Sterling GBP (Great Britain Pounds) and there is no Vat payable on rent as we sublet or own these properties.

The rental costs vary from one property to another and are subject to seasonal price changes. As a guideline please consider these as approximate costings and it is worth checking by phone or email.

Bedlinen and towels are included in weekly lets. All properties are FULLY FURNISHED.

** Please note that we generally only take bookings for the next 4 TO 6 WEEKS ahead unless we have a confirmed departure date from an existing tenant. **

Guide Prices*
STUDIO ------ from GBP 375 - 500 per week
1 bedroom apartment in Windsor --- from GBP 400 - GBP 575 per week including bills
2 bedroom apartment in Windsor --- from GBP 475 - GBP 800 per week including bills
3 bedroom house in Windsor --- from GBP 800 - GBP 950 per week including bills
4 bedrooms or more --- from GBP 900 per week (please enquire)

* this does not include all properties (some properties fall outside of these guide prices if they are of an exceptional quality, are on the river and have Castle views etc) - these are merely guide prices, please enquire as to the exact price.

Prices are dependant on location and weekly servicing is available at an additional cost.

We reserve the right to amend pricing without notice - these are a guideline only and will differ depending on the length of stay and if extra facilities are required.

For LONG TERM LETS of 6 months or more, please contact us for assistance - we will either recommend a property that we have on our books or recommend another lettings agent.

Bills - includes water, gas, electricity, council tax, tv licence, internet connection (fair usage policy applies), telephone line rental but NOT telephone calls.
