Prices include all utility bills and council tax. Prices are in Sterling GBP (Great Britain Pounds) and there is no Vat payable on rent as we either sublet or own these properties and they are let as residential apartments.
The rental costs vary from one property to another and are subject to seasonal price changes.
As a guideline please consider these as approximate costings and it is worth checking by telephone or email.
All properties are FULLY FURNISHED.

Prices are dependant on location and weekly servicing is available at an additional cost.
Additional services may be available such as extra cleaning, information on local schools and services, welcome packs, car hire - please just ask for assistance and we will try to help you to make life as comfortable as possible.

For LONG TERM LETS of 6 months or more, please contact us for assistance - we will either recommend a property that we have on our books or recommend another lettings agent.
