If you have been staying in a property for more than 2 weeks then an end-of-stay clean will be needed. (If staying for less than 2 weeks then this is usually included in the price). Most people leave properties in a similar condition to how they found them and our cleaners go in and just change bedlinen and towels and perform a light clean of all areas. This is absolutely fine and is not charged for. However, if you do not wish to clean the property yourself at the end of your stay then please book an end of stay clean - prices are below.

Please note that we use an outside cleaning company to carry out our end of stay cleaning and therefore have to book them at least one week in advance. Please give as much notice as possible when requesting an end of stay clean.

Please check actual prices before agreeing as the actual price may depend on the condition of the property. Also prices may be subject to occasional change due to using different contractors. A property that has been occupied for an extended period of a few months may require additional deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, oven cleaning etc so please request a site visit and quotation in advance if this service is required in order to get the property back to the condition it was let to you in.
