There is a full bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room and toilet on the first floor. Sky TV and broadband internet included. Parking on street is via supplied parking vouchers.

Refunds policy
Refunds can only be made for cancelled bookings if the cancellation notice is received at least 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date or if we manage to re-let the cancelled period. An admin fee of GBP200 is payable to amend a confirmed booking.
