All properties are fully furnished and include utilities to a pre-agreed level over which additional charges may be incurred.

A weekly cleaning service can be provided as an optional extra. We can also supply high-chairs and travel cots by request.

Refund Policy: Refunds can only be made for cancelled stays if the cancellation notice is received at least 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date or if we manage to re-let the cancelled period. An admin fee of GBP200 is payable to amend a confirmed booking.
